There have been many articles about a bee apocalypse. Here’s a quote from an Australian prof in an article by Eric Spitznagel at nypost.com: “…the number of honeybees in the world has been steadily increasing in the past few decades.” I’m so relieved.

Headline from newsmax.com: “Rep. Rosendale: Unvetted Afghan Refugees Shouldn’t Be Let In.” Ya think? Duh!

The conflict continues, headline from NM: “Indiana University Health Loses 125 Workers Due to Vaccine Mandate.” Yesterday hundreds protested in NYC… And this snippet from an article by Jessica Chasmar at foxbusiness.com: “After months of pushing to halt evictions for tenants hardest hit by the coronavirus pandemic, progressives have found themselves on the side of the landlord when it comes to vaccine mandates.”

Also from NM: “NC Judges Reject Voter ID Law, Claiming It Is Racist.” Does this mean any other call for ID is also racist?

Finally a Decades weekend binge I will visit — The Prisoner, starring Patrick McGoohan. Watched an episode last night. Surprisingly, I didn’t get lost along the way. “I am not a number — I am a free man!” “Ha-ha-ha-ha!”

No luck selling books on this picture perfect day. First goose egg since April, eighth of the year. My thanks to the woman who delivered another batch of art pictorials in Russian, and to the gentleman who swapped three items for a Garfield (2004) DVD.
