Love this photo out of Belgrade, Serbia from Reuters. I remember the days I would work out no matter the conditions:

With apologies to lyricist Douglass Cross and Tony Bennett: “When I come home to you San Francisco, your slashers, killers and trans-assaulters will prey on me…”

Headline from foxnews.com: “Climate change blamed for more home runs in baseball.” Dang, I wish I was still playing golf.

Another photo from Reuters:

In a foxnews.com article by Stephanie Nolasco, Angie Dickinson, 91, cites Frank Sinatra as the love of her life. I don’t know why that surprises me. I wonder how many other women consider Ol’ Blue Eyes the love of their life, and if Francis Albert considered any woman, even Ava Gardner, the love of his life. Photos from Google Images:

The incoming and the outgoing were about even at today’s session of the floating book shop. My thanks to the gentleman who donated a large pictorial, and to the young man who dropped off a highly marketable cache as I was closing shop; and to The Quiet Man, who took home two Mary Higgins Clark audio books; and to Fred, who selected a large paperback mystery whose title and author elude me; and to those who bought items in Russian; and to the young beauty who purchased The Notebook by Nicholas Sparks, Hotel Babylon by Anonymous and Imogen Edwards-Jones, No More Brain Drain: Proven Ways to Maintain Your Mind and Memories by Reader’s Digest Editors, and a book on ADD. I am blessed.
