My thanks to the gentleman I hadn’t seen in a couple of years, who bought Live Free or Die by Sean Hannity, Word for Word by Andy Rooney, Testament of Youth: One Woman’s Haunting Record of the First World War by Vera Brittain, and Israfel: The Life and Times of Edgar Allan Poe by Hervey Allen; and to the ladies who between them purchased three books in Russian; and to the woman who took home The Everything Low-Carb Cookbook: 300 Delicious Recipes to Help Reduce Your Carbohydrates and Stay Healthy by Patricia M. Butkus (Any relation to Dick?); and to Marty, NYPD retired, who donated four books.
