The AI issue continues to fascinate. Headline from nypost.com: “AI can steal passwords with 95% accuracy by ‘listening’ to keystrokes, alarming study finds.” And: “College profs to use paper exams to thwart cheating with ChatGPT: ‘We’re in full-on crisis mode’.” Go back to writing on hands and wrists.

Attention chickens: go home to roost. From NYP: “Employees inside Nancy Pelosi Federal Building in San Francisco told to work from home as crime skyrockets.” And this from newsmax.com: “$1.2B San Francisco Tower Halted Due to Crime, Economy.”

It may simply be my imagination but lately it seems NYP and foxnews.com have been posting pictures of a smiling DeSantis and stern, sour Trump. Is it subtle manipulation? Also, pundits and insiders complain about disaray, distraction within the party, which doesn’t extend to Republican voters, the greater majority of which are in DT’s corner. Although I believe either man is a far superior candidate than any Democrat, I don’t think either can win the presidency as voting stands.

Another reason to hate politics. From NM: “Conservatives Push for Energy Secretary’s Resignation.” Policies won’t change with Quid Pro Joe in charge, no matter who the secretary is, so it’s a waste of time better spent elsewhere.

Headline from foxnews.com: “ABC News changes headline amid backlash, after saying ‘climate change can’t be blamed’ for Maui wildfires.” According to the article by Hanna Panreck, it now reads: “Why climate change can’t be blamed entirely for the Maui wildfires.” In the words of ace commentator Emily Litella: “Never mind.”
