Headline from nypost.com: “Democrat-run states saw residents flee in 2021, annual moving survey shows.” Here are the numbers from Carl Campanile’s article: Jersey — 70% of those who moved were outgoing; Illinois 67%; NY 63%; Connecticut 60%; California 59% outbound.

Facebook has reversed its horrendous decision to ban the ad account of conservative publisher Heroes of Liberty. No explanation given. I wonder what got the honchos to do the right thing.

From an article at foxnews.com by Melissa Roberto, edited by yours truly: “Last year Spencer Elden filed a lawsuit against Kurt Cobain’s estate and Nirvana’s surviving members, saying the grunge pioneers violated federal child pornography statutes and sexually exploited him… He missed the deadline to file an opposition to the defendants’ motion to dismiss and the judge put the kibosh on the suit… His attorney says the gold-digger plans to file a second amendment to his complaint. What are the odds he does so before the deadline? In case anyone has forgotten, here’s the picture that spurred the attempted cash grab:

The absence of wind allowed the floating book shop to operate on this cold day of abundant sunshine. I didn’t even have to sit in the car for a warmup. My thanks to my constant benefactress, who delivered a number of titles, and to whoever left the beautiful kids books on the old Hyundai; and to the gentleman who bought a book of maps of Denmark, which I’d been carrying for at least a year. That type of sale is always the most fun. Not much dough, but still better than staying home, especially given the schmoozing.
