82 years ago today the Japanese launched the infamous sneak attack on Pearl Harbor. Today we fear a third world war is imminent. Photo from Google Images:

Eggs were once thought to be bad for one’s health. Now they’re not. The back and forth of such “science” is frustrating, annoying. How ‘bout this headline from nypost.com? “Exercise may not be the key to living longer — it might even be aging you faster.” Maddening, is it not? Those who do not exercise will get a big kick out of it.

For those keeping score at home — from NYP: “12,000 migrants cross Southern border in a single day Tuesday — highest total ever: sources.” Am I crazy for thinking this is not good?

About Taylor Swift being named Time magazine Person of the Year: one, I’m glad it wasn’t a politician; two, has anyone else been in the news more than her? What infuriates some folks is fascinating. Photo from GI:

Headline from foxnews.com: “Former Dem mayor who used tax dollars to carry on affair launches House bid.” She’d fit right in with the rest of the ho’s.

NYC Mayor Eric Adams, approval rating 28%, is again pleading with Washington for money to deal with the migrant crisis. One thing is certain, he won’t get any help from Senator Schmuck Schumer, who disappears whenever things get tough. In a profession rife with despicable people, he is at the top.

The floating book shop opened late due to snow flurries. The lack of sunshine kept me in the car the entire session, so it wasn’t fun, especially since no one bought. Back at ’em manana.
