Watch out all of you who stream via Netflix and such, environmentalists are coming for you. According to an article at nypost.com: “Researchers estimate that watching a half-hour show via an on-demand video app emits 1.6 kilograms of carbon dioxide into the environment — the equivalent of driving almost four miles.”

I think Joe Biden manifests everything that is discouraging about politics, but it was wrong for a priest to deny him Holy Communion because of his pro-abortion stance. Isn’t God supposed to be the ultimate judge? For the record, I’m pro-life.

Looking for a career? Here’s a new one featured in a video at nypost.com: “How do you have sex while 20 people are watching? That’s the job of Hollywood intimacy coordinator Claire Warden. She helps filmmakers and actors choreograph love scenes in risque fare.”

NFL: No one at present in the AFC seems capable of mounting a formidable challenge to the Patriots… I guess it’s time to take the 49ers seriously. It looks like either Frisco or the Saints will represent the NFC in the Super Bowl… Why do I still doubt the Packers? They seem to have struck gold in third year RB Aaron Jones, a fifth round pick out of UTEP. A lot of teams passed on this impressive player, including Green Bay itself several times. It’s happened so often. Johnny Unitas and Tom Brady, two of the all-time great QBs, are the most obvious examples… It’s no surprise the Giants are near the bottom in team defense. They give up TDs so easily… Jets RB Le’Veon Bell needs to be more involved in the offense. That great acquisition has so far been wasted.

Here’s a case for an ace detective. The one-ton boulder pictured below, known as the “Wizard Rock,” has mysteriously vanished from Arizona’s Prescott National Forest. Maybe it was taken by Bigfoot or Sasquatch. Photo from foxnews.com:

The scaffold once again enabled the floating book shop to operate, keeping out the light rain. My thanks to the couple who bought Matzo Frogs by Sally Rosenthal with Art by David Sheldon; and to the woman who bought two cookbooks and two instructionals on Russian-English usage; and to the woman who pounced on the little pink Trump Marina piggy bank, one of two I found in the basement of our old house. They must have come from one of my brother in law and sister’s Atlantic City jaunts.
