It’s fascinating how the mainstream media is spinning Biden’s classified files scandal as innocuous compared to Trump’s.

A win for the good guys. Headline from nypost.com: “Louisiana mother scuffles with home intruder, shoots him dead: police.”

Also from NYP: “House passes bill nixing $72 billion in funding for 87,000 new IRS agents.” Will it pass in the senate, where Dems have a two-vote margin? And if it does, will the margin be veto-proof?

From NYP: “Biden official backs off gas stove ban talk after backlash.” I wonder if the owners of politicians’ favorite restaurants complained.

Is this a good economic sign? From NYP: “Rolls-Royce posts record 2022 sales despite average price of $534,000.”

From NYP: “Vladimir Putin’s plan to squeeze Europe on energy thwarted by warm winter.” Celebrate global warming?

From NYP out of Seattle: “Public schools sue Big Tech for ‘creating’ youth mental health crisis.” Maybe bureaucrats should look into the effects of its curriculum.

The prime parking spot came in handy for the floating book shop on this cloudy day. Without the warmth of sunshine, I played it safe and spent almost the entire session in the car. My thanks to the woman who bought five titles in Russian, and to her companion, who selected two and 50 Shades of Bacon by Benjamin Myhre & Jenna Johnson; and to the young man who purchased two hardcovers in Russian. His hoodie had an interesting message on its left sleeve: “Small Talk Mechanic.” A Google search provided no insight.
