Today he was being minded by a home attendant. His mom was walking as if in pain. She’s lost 50 pounds, down from 168. The doctors haven’t been able to pinpoint the problem, speculating that it may be Crohn’s. Life is so unfair to some people. One thing I know, if there’s a heaven, she will qualify immediately. Her positive demeanor was inspiring, especially given her circumstances.
