From an article by Emma Burleigh at msm.com, edited by yours truly: Bryant Gingerich, 34, quit his job as a mechanical engineer to build picturesque short-term rentals in the Ohio wilderness. He is the owner and sole employee of Dunlap Hollow, a site featuring three dwellings. He renovated and built them on 34 acres he and his wife bought in the spring of 2019. He benefitted from the word of mouth of satisfied customers using social media. He netted a $350,000 profit last year. Kudos, Sir. Here’s a pic of The Cave, built into rock:

My thanks to the woman who overcompensated me for Aquavit: And the New Scandinavian Cuisine by Marcus Samuelsson, Shimon, et al., and to the one who purchased Abraham: A Journey to the Heart of Three Faiths by Bruce Feiler; and to the one who bought Tiling 1,2,3, published by Home Depot; and to the gentleman who took home a Brooks and Dunn CD. I am blessed.
