A plot to kidnap Nicolás Maduro involving three ex-Green Berets, two captured, is alleged, and Juan Guaido, recognized by 100 countries including the USA as the legitimate president, is blamed. In trying to get to the bottom of what actually went down, it has been speculated that Maduro somehow turned the tables on the effort and executed a brilliant propaganda ploy that damages his opposition. I’m surprised the mainstream media hasn’t jumped on this and blamed the president, despite the fact that Trump did not approve of the plot, which has been in the works for some time.
