Good luck to former U.S. Marine Daniel Penny, who is on trial, charged with second-degree manslaughter and negligent homicide for applying a chokehold that proved fatal to a subway passenger threatening others. It should be laughed out of court, but it’s Manhattan, where liberals rule.
