In an op-ed piece at nypost.com, Karol Markowicz cites that Senator Schumer has admitted Democrats don’t want immigration reform. Chuckles says: “We have a population that is not reproducing on its own with the same level that it used to.” And who, pray tell, is responsible for that?
Interesting headline from NYP: “Special counsel shows cynical Democrats want to string along a wounded Trump.” They want him to run, believing the Republicans’ recent elections’ disaster was his fault and that he would be defeated easily in 2024. Does the swamp’s Mitch McConnell, in charge of Republican purse strings, bear any responsibility at all for the results?
Disney has kicked its woke CEO to the curb and brought back China’s friend Bob Iger. In a clever caption today at foxnews.com, the man is referred to as “Mickey Mao.” Kudos.
What’s new south of the border, Narcoland? FN headline: “Mexican drug cartel members attack police station, multiple killed after officers return fire.”
In an FN article, Amy Nelson focuses on Bidenomics. Here’s an excerpt, edited by yours truly: “Quid Pro Joe faced swift backlash after promising up to $1 billion for climate reparations for poor countries that have suffered damages due to the use of fossil fuels. China, deemed a developing nation, is not required to contribute funds, despite being the world’s top polluter and having one of the largest economies.” Imagine the laughter behind the scenes in the totalitarian state.
I urge caution to those who expect the Hunter Biden investigation to go anywhere. Remember who the Attorney General is. Merrick Garland’s focus is getting Trump.
My thanks to the young couple who donated about 50 books, many classics and health-oriented, and to the lovely elderly lady library volunteers, who delivered eleven books, ten in Chinese. Here’s what sold: two hardcovers in Russian, Le Grande Boucherie, a cookbook; East of Eden by John Steinbeck; Primal Fear by William Diehl; Happy City: Transforming Our Lives Through Urban Design by Charles Montgomery; Should I Eat This? by Consumer Reports; Erasing Pain: New Treatments from the World-Famous Rusk Institute’s Medical Specialists by Mathew H.M. Lee, Mary F. Bezkor, et al.; Encyclopedia of Natural Healing: The authoritative reference to alternative health & healing: a practical self help guide by Alive Research Group. I am blessed.
